I got one too! Im gonna put my build ,20 inch gm std taper,, that lives inthe dlx stock into it. And the 22 inch gm running boar build into the dlx stock.

Going 20” gm std taper also. Found it in ss. i Have a gm 19” hvt in blue, but not touching the channel on this one.

The lower one is the one that just came.

I didnt have to hog out the barrel channel at all. The GM std and RB barrel profile is a bit bigger than oem , and id had to on the previous stock. A Ruger OEM Rifle stock. And the receiver required a lot of tape bedding To be tight on the back and on the sides. Maybe thats why they were at S&P?
Also, mine didnt come with an action screw, which kinda pissed me off. Ive gotten stocks from them before and they had screws. Fortunately, i dug one out of the parts box. And it all went together nicely. Magazine pops in and out nicely. I cant wait to shoot it,
It was excellent when in the plain jane rifle stock, and now its beautiful too!
