just 14 months. but I did manage to convert my wife, the 10/22 is theoretically so she can shoot with me at the range...yeah, that's it.

Best part about it is I have 1 daughter and 2 grand-daughters! OK yes the grand-daughters are 2 and 3 so they have a couple years or so before they are ready and our daughter (I don't understand why) isn't interested (could have been when she tried shooting some of my centerfires ... the noise kind of scared her *&$% out of her)!

So the way to do it is get them there own guns and you get to build them up for them too! My latest excuse is since I gave our son my low dough gun I'll need to build another

but I can get going on the stock mods I have been thinking about............ I am thinking it could use some venting and a flat 2.5-3 inch wide forearm too. Good thing I bought a piece of 1x4 poplar yesterday and some bondo for contouring.

This one started life as a carbine stock, the fore-end is a 2" thick 4" wide chunk of poplar, fiberglass and then bondo did the contouring chores!
