Oh I'm sure it is. A really nice trigger definitley makes a rifle much easier to shoot well but that doesn't guarantee the rifle will, in fact, shoot well.
I bought a Jewell in anticipation of getting a B14R. I put in in my BMR just to try it. I now have a BMR with a really great trigger that still doesn't shoot as well as I think it should.
From what I've seen and heard so far the B14Rs aren't exactly lighting it up in ARA factory class matches. I know they're really nice rifles and all but I'd have to luck into one that's a fantastic shooter to be an upgrade to my Tikka or the CZ I use as a back up. I still really want to try a B14R but I just bought a used gun to shoot unlimited class with. So my factory class days are likely numbered. I'm satisfied with the results I'm getting with my Tikka. I'll probably just stick with that for the rest of this season
