As I remember the "factory mannlicher laminated stock in sort of an olive green color", it was a special run for "Wal*Mart" (?) a few years ago...! !
With the SN, you can go to the "Ruger" Site and get the year of manufacture. [see the 'Sticky' Post in the "Ruger - Other" Forum below]
You can also call "Ruger" customer service, and with the SN, they can tell you if it was a 'special run', and for whom...! !

Or, you can ask over on the Ruger Forum, where the Ruger collectors hang out...! !
For the "Simmons" 3-9x 32mm AO, #1022T Scope, check at Natchez.
