Does this pistol exist?

What I’m looking for seems like it should be simple to find, but I’m not having any luck. Can anyone point me to a CO2 semi-auto pellet pistol with one of the following to allow mounting of a red dot sight:

  • 3/8” dovetail
  • Picatinny rail (on top, of course)
  • drilled and tapped for rail mounting

Not that I see unless you're willing to jump up to PCP Itshooter.

If that's what I had my heart set on I'd get one of these and try MacGyvering an RDS on top with UHB double sided tape or similar.

I can't think of any but if you're open to a revolver, you might look at a Crosman Vigilante. A few friends and I bought them for removing rats in chicken houses because we needed rails to mount lights/lasers. They're 10 shooters and get about 50 shots per Co2. Extra "speed loaders" are dirt cheap and can be kept loose in your pocket while loaded. Pretty accurate guns and function flawlessly.

BTW, most pellet pistol "autos" are actually tiny revolver mechanisms in an auto-looking shell.

Thanks Vee3! That looks like a very viable option. I also just ran across the Diana Chaser, which appears to meet all of those criteria. Anyone have thoughts on that one?

Oops, I see now that the Diana Chaser is a bolt action, not semi-auto. . Still sounds like a great gun for the price, however!
The Chaser is a great gun for the price. You're correct that it's a bolt action, not semi-auto, but you can get ten-shot rotary mags so that it's not a single shot. Threaded barrel, and you can get it in a conversion kit to make it a rifle/pistol combo gun. 3/8" dovetail rail. I have a red dot on mine.

That Crosman revolver is an intriguing option, though . . .

Might look for a Crosman 600. It fulfills most of your requests (Semi-Auto and ability to mount a red dot/scope). No longer made but they are now more or less collector items, and prices have increased significantly over the last few years. Used ones show up on the auction sites fairly regularly. You can find additional information on Gateway to Airguns (GTA).
Hi itshooter,
Would something like this be what you're looking for?

I believe that one only accepts the Sig Sauer red dots, and perhaps a limited set of others with the same footprint. I’m looking instead for something more universal, with a rail or the ability to add a rail.
