I sent mine to hotrod9mm right around Christmas and I think it took about a month. When I got it back I went to the range and the POI was nearly the same at 25 yards. I haven't shot with a suppressor yet but it the Form 4 went pending on 10/06/11 so I should have it any day now.

There is a small gap between the adapter and slide. I'm not sure if everyone elses is like that also.
