These will only fit the Mark IV standard / target / hunter frame. They will not fit the 22/45.

I started a few sets of these a year ago. Took one set to the finish line and put on my Target, with the others needing final shaping / sanding / and finish I shelved them for this winter.
They got their first coat of finish today and will get three more coats (8-12 days). When they get the final coat, I'll draw two names from a hat. First name gets choice.

Must be a member for 2 years with at least 200 posts to enter. A " put me in " will put your name in the hat.
If I see them up for sale somewhere, remember I'll have your address and you may be getting on a lot of mailing lists.

I've owned Single Six's and Blackhawks for many years and always thought about trying my hand at making my own grips, but never got around to it. Then about six years ago I got a Blackhawk .357 that came with the plastic grips, and that pushed me into trying some. Five years and 12 sets of SS grips later came the Mark IV target with plastic grips, and another push at figuring out how to make some grips for it.

They got a second coat yesterday, and were dry enough today to put on for a picture.

On the back side they show a 3/32" frame revile like the OEM plastic panels. Unlike the OEM's they don't have the revile in the front. They carry out to the round over on the frame, to help get a slight finger groove.

They were made for a right hander with the grooves being more pronounced on the right grip, and a fade for the thumb on the left grip.

I don't take great pictures, and the lighting in the shop makes it worst.

They got the last coat yesterday and will get a rub with rottenstone tomorrow, then a coat of wax.
I'll draw two names tomorrow afternoon.

Grips arrived and fit perfectly. No adjustments necessary. Can't figure out how to post a photo of them "in place". Tried to PM a shot to you, but can't download there either.
