Anyone ever had this happen?

I was shooting my 1967 carbine and it was fine with the 10 round mag. Tried my new BX-25 and had five rounds not fire.
Got it home and was noticing the bolt would not seat against the barrel if the bolt was eased up to it.
Looks like I'll be ordering a new one.

That's a new one to me. Considering that the primary ejector is part of the magazine, the ejector in the trigger assembly doesn't get used very much. I wonder what stress was put on it to make it crack?

Not sure. I got the rifle used from a pawn shop and this is the first time I shot it.
When I noticed the bolt would not seat, I took the trigger group apart and reinstalled each component one by one until the ejector gave me problems. It was dragging on the bottom of the bolt. It looked slightly bent and then I noticed the crack.

I want to keep this 1967 original so I am looking for a factory ejector. It seems everyone is currently out of stock. May try for an entire trigger group from fleabay.

I don't know of any aftermarket "ejectors". I haven't tried it but some say your rifle will shoot just fine without it. That's assuming your mags are in good shape. Unfired rounds may not eject right, don't know for sure. Anyway, something to try while you're waiting on them to get back in stock.

Heck, I'd probably braze it up and grind it down.

I believe your thinking about the extractor. That's the first time I've saw a broke ejector.
