Got to diggin on the net and saw these.
Wonder if their is a owner out there that would give an opinion.

I checked a local gun shop and they had a 4" .357. Didn't look bad. He had $170 on it, used.

The web site for firestorm sgs shows a 6" in 22LR. And in both blue and stainless. The dealer said he could get one for around $200. Not bad. Then thought better ask around first.

What's the story??

I don't know if it is the gun you are talking about but I had a 22LR Llama Comanche revolver about twenty-five years ago, it looked something like a Smith K frame with a vent rib. It was accuracy wise only fair, I had big time problems with the cylinder binding after firing fifty or so rounds from powder residue. Although it looked good the workmanship left a lot to be desired, at least on the one I owned. I traded it for a model 17 S+W and still have it, the Smith is first class all the way.

That's the one.

The gun looks like a smith 17 or 617.

Just wonder if the quality has come up.
Oh well.

I guess I can roll a few more pennies and get a better gun.
