A standard 10/22 RB will eat stingers like candy. If they can hit anything it's a bonus. For that matter the stingers are fine in the majority of set ups here. Most are just too cheap to buy it for plinking (rarely is it all that accurate) or too anal to try it.
There are only two issues with stinger ammo, it's hotter than most LR ammo... a fragile gun might take punishment from it. The second is the case is in fact significantly longer than standard LR ammo. This poses the possibility that the case could hit the lands in the barrel of some extremely short chambered barrels, and thus damage these extremely rare barrels. A pic below shows how to check for incompatibility. If you have a special barrel the fully engraves a certain ammo, like the bullet pictures then the long cased stinger would damage the rifling if chambered in the same barrel. ( You'll likely never note ANY 22lr ammo being engraved by the standard 22 rb barrel. )
