can I mount the trigger from a CZ onto a 10/22?

while I've no experience with the CZ you speak of, my bet would be that parts would not be interchangeable.
All is not lost however.
With careful attention to detail, the factory pull on the 10/22 may be "tuned" down to about 2.5 lbs with a fairly crisp pull and little overtravel.
Use the search feature at the top of each page to see the different approaches to trigger jobs on these rifles. Then do what your comfortable with, go slow and ask plenty of questions.
