Butler Creek Barrels?

333 2
How do you guys feel about .920 Butler Creek barrels. With proper trigger tuning, solid rings and base, quality scope and stock what type or grouping would you perdict with match ammunition?

IMHO: For about the same money, you'd do better with a Green Mountain barrel. Take a look at Stafford Sales. They have great prices.

I've had a bad experience with Butler Creek.

gsonnenmd, A bad experience with an all steel BC?
Yep, it was my first aftermarket barrel. I bought and had FTE's all the time. After 500 rounds and lots of foul language, I sold it and bought a Clark. That barrel functions flawlessly.

I realize that I'm just one person and my experience may be unique, but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I say Butler Creek.
