Easier done than said...

It's pretty easy but you wouldn't know it by looking at the bolt. The rear shroud screws into the bolt body at the point where the bolt handle is. You have to get a firm grip on the shroud and bolt body and twist in opposite directions. I used two vise grip pliers; one on each part. To keep from marring the bolt I used an old leather belt wrapped around the bolt parts and clamped the pliers onto the belt.

I can't take credit for this technique. It was actually a suggestion that someone else posted on this forum when I asked the same question a few months ago.
