I originally paid $422 for my steel barrel I ordered from Dahlonega Arms, but that was back when they first came out. $469 shipped is the best price I've seen recently...every time I see one one a shelf the price starts with a 5.

I was wandering around the world as usual. It was last July iirc. Had gotten a tx1 17hmr used and was in ammo testing. The enablers here kept me thinking about bergara bmr. I found one on guns international in Pennsylvania somewhere. 375.00. Nib steel barrel. I jumped into action grabbed my smoking plastic and gave them a call. I figured they would say it had been mistakenly listed with incorrect pricing. Nope. I was tickled. Broke, it arrived as advertised. Still currently that's a good price.

It still seems like currently the LH versions aren't available.

Tracking number on mine says it should be here tomorrow. Can't wait! I think I am going to top mine with a Vortex Crossfire 4-12X40 AO. Going to check what my local shop has in stock before buying online.

I put that same scope on my new 22WMR BMR. Nice combo. Good value for the features & price. BTW... Paid $560 for mine (locally) and it was well worth it! Hope yours is as good as mine.

There are three in my local store. A 22lr, 22 mag, and a 17HMR. All of them are marked 578.00 I've been thinking about picking up the 22 mag.

Good advice, thank you. Mine is also scheduled to arrive tomorrow but it may be Friday or later that I can get to my FFL. Sadly, I don't think mine came with the gas grill you have, and with a matching color cover too!

For now I'm going to share an Optica6 3-18x50 off of my CZ with the BMR to see how it balances. I love that scope. I've been looking for something lighter but I have a lot of boxes to check and haven't found anything within my budget that checks them all. I'll figure out where to compromise, and it might be the weight.

They did ship fast. Too fast it seems. They sent someone else's order. Someone in Texas is looking for their Mossberg shotgun! I'll have to tip my FFL. He only charges $25 for a transfer and now he has to deal with shipping their mistake to Texas while we wait for my BMR to hopefully arrive.

Ahh that's frustrating! Hope they can get it to you soon. My rifle came in Thursday of last week. The UPS driver must have kicked it down the street a few times because a lot of the foam in the box was busted up. Good thing its a tough rifle! I am currently waiting for my scope to come in so I haven't shot it yet. Overall I'm pretty impressed with the rifle so far. I cleaned it up and ran a few patches down the barrel. I've read the bolt can be gritty out of the box but mine seems to run smooth.

The correct rifle got to my FFL on Wednesday. I really like how it feels but haven't shot it yet. Scope is on it's way, but in the meantime I threw a Tact 22Fire 3-9 on it just for fun and hope to put some rounds through it today. The trigger pull adjustment screw was almost falling out, and it doesn't seem to make too much of a difference by feel. I really should get a trigger gauge.

I received the appropriate 4-40 set screws for the trigger mod, thank you @JohnnyJohnsoninWI !! but I want to wait until I'm sure there's nothing overtly wrong with the rifle before doing the modification in case it needs to go to Bergara.
