your really did'nt say what you wahted to do with the rifle... Light weight carry? or what?

I've got two of the whistlepig barrels, a 22 and a 22 mag. both very nice barrels. they seem to be shooting well, (right at 1/2 inch @ 50) but I'm not sure about life expactancy? they look nice and they are very light, and you can't seem to leave the house without someone asking what the heck is that? BUT Chief is right, if your looking for the track record performer, that WILL perform as addvertized VQ is the way to go.

WhistlePig is a new company, and there is nothing wrong with new.... they need people to try out there products as well... like I said, mine are both shooters.
