Has anyone ever done this? How are the barrels attached to the receiver? Is it a press fit, or combo press fit with pins?

Thanks for the tip on the end mill bit. That makes perfect sense to start it on the angled side of the barrel.

I will take a look at mumeriks and make some decisions.
