I still do initial checks and sets with a Lyman beam. Its been on the same leveled shelf for 30+ years under a homemade cardstock dust cover. I uncover, check the -0- and go to work.
Have an older model Belding & Mull and a somewhat cheapened newer version, among another 1/2 doz various types from Herters to my fav Reddings, one each for pistol size charges and larger rifle. Also have a couple homemade 'slide type' measures. I should make a display shelf.
Used to wish I had kept my monster old Herters press until I bought a Rock Chucker cheap at a gun show.
Old guy with old stuff, I guess, and I cant trust digitals that take bats......

Have an RCBS (gift to me from an estate) and a Pacific. Neither with a wood base, but both accurate. Never owned or used an electronic scale.

I would definitely use one if I had one. What I do use is an old Lyman Ohas beam scale. It works for me and I trust it, but yours looks like the bees knees.

I still use a beam scale per each load I make as I try to get down to the exact grain with varget for my .223 hand loads. Reloading to me is an art and if done well and shown care it'll return the favor

I've got an RCBS 304 scale, says "Manuf. by Ohas " on the label..don't think they make them anymore.
Mine was a Christmas present from Mom & Dad, about 35+ yrs.ago.. for an upgrade from the RCBS 5-10 scale I'd used since I started hand loading.
Funny, that the 5-10 scale gave the same weights as the newer, more expensive 304 scale... but the 304 has a neat dial, for dialing in the exact weight.

I use an RCBS, two beams plus a rotating vernier weight for fine tuning, to check the charges being thrown by my measures, or to creep up on a charge if I'm loading for rifle near maximum or for accuracy. I suppose I should get a modern electronic one, but I haven't bothered so far.
Old Beam lyman Guy here also with several digital scales.
Single beam RCBS for everything. Keeping it simple helps me to be consistant.
That's definitely a question for Walter White.
I use a beam scale. The same O'Haus I've used for 1/2 a century. Used it just tonight. It still works great.
I have, I used to work on his house and property in Cali. Was about a 15 minute drive from my house. Then he went to Reno and everything changed. He looked spectacular in his African commo suit. He was a great guy.
No. Mine is a little more modern.
