FYI, Target Masters in Fremont, CA has some HMR ammo. I bought a brick of 500, 9.50 a box. They don't have a lot left, but they are one of the few places I've seen it where you didn't have to buy a rifle to buy it.

http://www.shooters.com/targetmasters/about.html is the only one I can find and it looks dated (97?) Their phone # is there and I'm not sure if they do mail order or net orders.
If you live in the area they have a "buy 10 boxes of non-special order ammo and get 10% off or an extra box of ammo." Pretty good selection of rifles and handguns too.
