Can anyone recommend a good after market trigger for the Ruger 77/17?

Titan;

You might consider the Dayton Traister 77/22 triggr as advertsed in Brownells catalog.

I have one in my 77/17 and it is very good.

It is adjustable for pull weight. Comes pre set at about 2.5lbs. and they reccomend not changing it. I found it to my liking so I left it at that.

It might require some fittng. Filing/stoneing the safety hump. Just a try and fit process.

Looks to me to be an exact clone of the factory assembly.

The major change is the installation of the adjusting screw and a tiny buffer plate (disc} that is placed between it and the trigger spring.

Enclosed instructions are good. If I buy any more 77 RF rifles, thats the first thing I'll do to them.
