Not sure that your talking about in price, but I still think the little old 10/22 is as good of a 22 that is out there. For $150+ and used one go for under $100 bucks(I found two used ones for $50 at a pawn shop and a yard sale). The only thing you have to do to make them a better weapon, is replace the extractor for around $5.00. I think they can be converted to shoot shorts also?

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced (sorry, I have a hard time paying centerfire $$ for a rimfire gun) .22 that is accurate and will also shoot .22 shorts. I want to use it for squirrel hunting.
