77/22lr eject issues

My 77/22 doesn't eject spent case all the time anyone running into this issue? It pulls spent cases but they don't always eject?

Wow took extractors out today. Think whom ever owned it before never cleaned them out inside one came out easily, outside one had to soak in carb cleaner to get it to move. Full of dry powder caked in spring. Disassembled whole bolt and cleaned. Works perfectly now.
