All other variables being the same, what is the difference in recoil between the these calibers?

My conclusion:

I did a little math and some reading and, as stated, there doesn't seem to be a material difference in recoil between the calibres. I'll stick with my Model 70 30-06, but get a nice recoil pad installed and try shooting lighter loads and bullets.
