This is what they stated. I guess "will be" is the vague part of it. It is the second sentence in the description though. I feel it's a little deceiving. It should say

"Retail Price: $825.00
Introducing the Volquartsen Cheetah Semi-Auto Pistol. The new pistol will be offered in 17 Aguila if you feel lucky"

Edit- It's too bad they were deceived as well by the lizard people.
