I will recommend what I have used.
Unfortunately if you find a 1/8"-.125" target dot to small I won't recommend my latest scope a Vortex venom 5-25x56 as the TD in it is .140" yes larger than a 1/8" but not by much, but very good glass.

I have been using this scope for over a year on my B14Rs and are 100% happy with it. It has a 1/4"-.250" target dot.
Only place I know of it for sale in the side focus .25" target dot reticle and it's well within your price range.

Have this scope absolutely love it
If you are looking for a scope to shoot cards VERY hard to beat this scope for the money. Been using mine for over a year now and are 100% satisfies with it. Trackes superbly very good glass for the money.

Don't know what your budgets is, but I have been using this scope first on my T1X for over a year then on my B14Rs for several months and are utterly and absolutely 100% satisfied with it. Very good glass and tracks perfectly.
