      From the 1941 Redfield catalog:

If you want to use the lower line of sight, the rear sight base can be had from Numrich with possible free shipping. The high line bases are hard to find. Either would mount with 6-48 filister head screws.

Steve Earle Products has the cross dovetail adapters. If your rifle is d&ted for the ramp style front sight, Steve Earle also has made a special adapter for the 513T (email as its not on the web site) which will work with the clamp-on style sights:

If you just want to shoot, I'd go with a Lyman 20MJT front and Lyman 90MJT rear.

I need a guide on where the hole on the action will need to be drilled, drill size and tap size.

I can do the work my self with the correct information.
This picture lacks dimensions, but shows the relative position of holes for the 521T (top) and the 510P (bottom):

I think the P-series screw threads are something like 12-40, but I'm not sure about that.

The correct sight for the receiver shown would be a Lyman 57RS for a 511. These pop up on eBay from time to time, but have become a bit pricey. You might also find a Williams 5D-510, which is a good, inexpensive, hunting sight. Or, you can very easily mount a base for a Redfield 75.

The base can be used for a template and these would allow use of a variety of small-format .22 target sights from Redfield, Lyman, or Williams. Either uses 6-48 screws.

Also I will need the correct front sight for a P series. This barrel has both a dovetail and two hole spaced out for the long front sight.

      Available here or here.

Not sure if the actual sights are different dimensionally or why Numrich (Gun Parts Corp.) has two stock numbers and two different prices. The front sight screws are an oddball size, so get screws if you don't have the right size. I think I'd just change over to 6-48 and be done with it.

You could also buy this adapter from Steve Earle Products:

This will allow you to use a removable globe front sight like the Lyman 17 or 93.

If you do order from Numrich, don't forget the free/discounted shipping trick.

The same holes you already put in the rifle will allow you to use a base for a Redfield 75, for about $5, delivered, and any of the small format target sights: Redfield 75, Williams Target Foolproof (low or high), Lyman 60 or 90 MJT.

You'll need a new front sight; for this purpose, I like the Lyman 20 MJT.

If you really want to get carried away, Steve Earle products makes a 513T mount for the Redfield Olympic.

I recently picked up a Remington 513T Matchmaster, made April 1966 with US Property marks.

It has the dovetail cut only for the front sight and in place of the normal rear someone has installed a Williams peep sight which looks identical to this: http://item.brownells.com/categorie...onomy-receiver-sight-fits-marlin-a1-80-81.htm but is marked 94 36 on the underside. It has no front sight.

The barrel is D/T'd for what I presume is one of those externally adjustable Unertl scopes. The receiver is also grooved.

Eventually, I'd like to pick up both a front globe sight and a scope for the rifle. Is anyone able to estimate which globe sight will work with the Williams peep referenced above? What options do I have for mounting rings on the receiver grooves? I'd love one of those crazy long Unertl scopes but I understand they cost 2-3x what I paid for the gun itself usually...

      Any help would be appreciated!
Your Williams 5D is a good hunting peep but isn't that good for targets as it lacks repeatable adjustments. The 94 36 is intended for a flat receiver like a Win 94 or Marlin 336.

You can get a Redfield mount for the Redfield 75 from Numrich. This base will mount a Redfield 75, Lyman 60, Lyman 90MJT, Williams Target Foolproof, and probably others. Alternatively, a Lyman 58RS or 57RS will mount directly to the receiver. Here's what Redfield suggests for the 513T:

Believe the 513-T used the Redfield 75 for rear sight.
      Yes.

If you have the base (available for under $10 if you don't), any of the following sights will also fit: Lyman 60, Lyman 90 MJT, Williams Target Foolproof (high or low). The Lyman 60 or low version of the Williams Target Foolproof will probably require a lower front sight. For collectability, the best choice would be the Redfield 75, of course.

Here's the 1952 Redfield catalog entry for the 513T:

Does anyone know where I can get a good used mount like this?
After several weeks of screwing around trying to get ahold of Steve Earle, confirming he had the mount and ordering a new mount and paying for it I got word today that he doesn't have the mount.
I'd really like to get my old Model 75 Target back to the firing line again.
      Thanks,
      Larry

Thanks guys, I do have a Redfield International, but the screw threads don’t fit the hole in the mount, and I kind of hate to mess with it, not sure what the best solution would be for that.
A simple way to experiment would be to go ahead and install a 75 sight mount ($7 at Numrich) then use a smaller 75 screw to tighten down your International onto the rifle. 75 screws are often available on eBay. The geometry of the mounts are the same, just a different screw size, and a 75 screw is smaller than an International screw so should easily fit with no modification. Just remove the International screw from the sight (it unscrews, only has threads as a screw retainer) and replace with the 75 screw.
