Those are the best scope rings for the Marlin 795. They fit excelent and they not move at all, even better if you want to make sure they don't move add some locktite :bthumb:

My rifle on a hunting day fall of my hand to the ground and hitted bad

when i checked the scope mount there was no movement, and held the zero in place

There you can see it with a vizcacha after the fall, it kept the zero in place as you can see

I wanted to see a closeup of how you had that scope mounted too... I might could get away with a low mount to get my scope (32mm) closer to the bore. But then I'd have to drift off the front sight. upon second thought ... I'll go with mediums. LOL

The one-piece scope mount has always been a favourite here.

Greater clamping area reduces/eliminates scope shuffle and very reasonably priced too!

Low rings would be ideal for up to 32mm. I just put these same rings on my Henry and it's perfect with a 4x32.

with a 35, he is going to need medium, though.

They also add a couple of ounces to the weight, They are ideal for air guns, imo.

WOW, i can still edit? I own two of these base/ring leapers and i love them; they are reliable, heavy, and ugly as hell..............

The Leapers one piece mount is perfect for the 60. I have had mine for several years and it is rock solid. Don't let the low price scare you. It is a great mount.

I will second that. The Leapers one-piece mount is great! Mine is on a Marlin 795 (essentially the same receiver as the model 60). It is rock solid. And for the temporary situation Buildthewall2k17 described, the low price is an added bonus.
