Huh. As I age, my eyesight gets more fuzzy the closer things get. (Near sighted.) For me, I used to be able to see clearly things up close with my glasses on up to a couple inches from my eye when I was much younger. Now objects need to be at least a foot away before they get blurry the closer they get (with glasses on). This is the reason why my open sight scores have been falling a bit in the past year or two (compounded with my lack of practice with them). The top of the rear sight gets fuzzier over the years for me making lining it up with the top of the front sight harder.
Mendoza use to make a rear blade sight for 11 mm, but I am not sure they are still in business. Williams makes one from their Fool Proof line (FP GR Blade) with or without target knobs (TK),
http://www.williamsgunsight.com/gunsights/FPpage.htm. Not sure how well it allows bolt handle clearance on the back rail but should at least work on the front rail. Seems to be low enough to not need modification to the front sight (other than moving it up or down).
(Similar but likely not the exact model needed,

Also not sure if they would clear the CZ stock on the left side.
