to keep merda's game going I am going to maintain my version of it that is a duplicate. Those who posted previously who have qualified in merda's are automatically on this qualifiers list. Those who wish to post qualify after the date of this post, will have to post their targets here.
merda's rules:
Rules are pretty simple.
1) Any SSB compiant rifle is eligible.
2) Any sight/scope is legal.
3) Any rest you feel comfortable with.
4) Targets must be shot at 50yds from the front of your shooting bench.
5) You may use any ammo you want. Make sure it fits your rifle though.
6) Each target must contain the four measuring shots.
7) Each target must contain four groups of five shots each.
8)..The Rico rule....You can use a HOMEMADE "tuner".. No professionally built tuners of any kind will be allowed.
RULES REVESION Your rifle can qualify more than once,but it must be with diffrent ammo. If you shoot 15 diffrent types of ammo I will post you up.... Good luck.
Any factory loaded rimfire caliber is approved being currently
17 cal: 17M2 and 17HMR
20 cal: 5mm Rem
22cal: 22 Short, 22 Long, 22 Long Rifle, 22 WRF, 22 WMR.
Obsolete calibers like 25 Stevens and 22 Rem Special for example, will be acceptable.
Object of the game.
Shoot four groups of five shots each. Use the average of your four measuring shots as your subtractor. If ALL FOUR of your grps measure.375 or under after subtraction you win. This is not a average of the four groups. One bad group and its back to the drawing board for you.
This game took me two years of all the moons aligning for me to qualify. Good luck
