ADVERTISING TERMS OF SERVICE​

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
RimfireCentral provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (referred to as 'TOS'), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice.

2. NEW ACCOUNTS
Prior to setting up an account for you, we'll have a look at your website to verify content is relevant to the nature of RimfireCentral.com.

3. INAPPROPRIATE LINKS
No links to known illegal activities or pornographic/adult only web sites are residing on your web pages.

4. WEB SITE CONTENT
RimfireCentral.com, its owners, administrators and users are not responsible for the content of material on your web site or what you post within our forums.

5. WARRANTIES
There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning the success or failure of advertising at RimfireCentral.com.

6. GENERAL FORUM USAGE
Advertisers/sponsors must abide by all forum Rules and Policies.

7. ADVERTISING IN THE FORUMS (Banner Advertisers)
It is preferred that you use the Sponsor's Announcements forum for further promotion of your products or services to all users of RimfireCentral.com. You will be allowed to post in any of the general forums as long as you are an active participant of the thread, you are trying to assist a particular user with their question by offering your product or service, and have either an active annual or quarterly advertising campaign running. Generally, advertising in the forums is discouraged simply because the forums would become overwhelmed with advertising, decreasing the reading pleasure of our users. So we ask that you please keep advertising in posts at a minimum.

7a. ADVERTISING IN THE FORUMS (Trading Post Advertisers)
If you advertise through one of the Paid Trading Post categories, you will be allowed to post in any of the general forums as long as you are an active participant of the thread, you are trying to assist a particular user with their question by offering your product or service, and have an active Trading Post advertisement running. Generally, advertising in the forums is discouraged simply because the forums would become overwhelmed with advertising, decreasing the reading pleasure of our users. So we ask that you please keep advertising in posts at a minimum.

7b. TRADING POST PAID ADVERTISING
If you advertise through one of the Paid Trading Post categories, you will be allowed to post a duplicate ad elsewhere within the Trading Post categories to assist you with more exposure. You first need to have purchased and have an active Trading Post ad running in one of the paid categories. Since these are generic (catch all) categories you may place (limit) one duplicate ad in the category that most fits your product or service.

8. FAILURE TO COMPLY
If, during your active campaign, a representative of your company violates these and/or our forum T.O.S., your advertising campaign can be terminated. If terminated, a refund will be issued prorated taking into consideration the number of days your campaign was active and the number of days your campaign has remaining.

9. EXPIRING ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
At the beginning of your campaign expiration month an email notice will be sent notifying you that your campaign will end on the last day of the month. It is your choice whether to decline or accept the start of a new campaign at which time you will need to reply back to RimfireCentral.com within a timely manner so that we will have ample time to prepare and send you a new invoice.
