Very new to target rifles. I found one pic of one on a Russian website. If I am correct the rifle is a single shot, looks sort of like an H&R 12???

Anyone ever have or shoot one? Accuracy? How heavy?

What would be a decent price for one?

Any info you can share would be much appreciated.
thanks

Wink Red Army/ Kosmosol Training Rifle...

I have 2 = One dated on the receiver 1936 with the Tula Arsenal interlaced triangle receiver stamp, the other is postwar production , early 50's. These are singleshots, heavy 25" freefloated barrels, adequate open sights, smooth singlestage triggers, rough finish on the metalwork and stocks that look like they were hewn out of railroad ties with stone tools and finished by a tradeschool day nursery
But SHOOT??? = Oh My YES!!!

For all its lousey looks, a real bargin shooter. = You find one, GET it!

I have a T03-8m not sure if this is close to the same but it sounds identical to Zipliok's description. And yes it shoots very well. Metal work and stock are rough.
I would like to find more info on mine.

I found one of these in a local pawn shop for $100. It seems pretty tough to find info on it. This one also has the "Tula Arsenal interlaced triangle receiver stamp"

I'm not a huge fan of single shots, but I am interested non the less.

I have one as well, they are excellent shooters. Mine is dated 1936, it is complete and she shoots well. I paid 130 for it 4 years ago.

Thank you for the photo K75RT. This one seems to have a stock that is more sharp on the corners of the forearm. I'll have to think about it. They have it listed at $100, but they are taking 20% off all their firearms. So after tax that puts me at $86.48.

Tempting. Very tempting.

How about posting the picture you found and the weblink to the Russian site you run across?

It might be of interest to some of us.
