I never have had a problem with mine spitting power or debris in my face but I know others have. I’m left handed so I don’t know if that makes a difference. I’d post a picture of the Buckmark rifle/pistol collection but I can’t figure out how to post pictures. Maybe I haven’t been a member long enough?

Really fun little carbines in general and unusual enough to draw comments from other shooters. Makes a nice matched set with a similar Buckmark pistol too.

Thought I had a picture of mine but I can't find it. Walnut stock and sporter weight barrel. Like this one only prettier grain on the stock and not so fancy on the forend. Have fun with yours!

LC sir, would you mind telling me the screw size/thread pitch of the BM rifle forearm screw, and are there two of them or just one?

Thank you!

Striplin Custom Gunworks is the usual suspect:

That was a bad thing to show me...my wallet hurts as it is.

Lol!

I plan to build something akin to the Striplin BM rifles but would like to have my own forearm like the one on my custom airgun and Charger build:

It is a Tactical Innovations 10/22 rail for the OEM Ruger receiver--has 6 holes.

It would mate well with the barrel because the bottom of the aforesaid rail is concave in shape.

The one I am using is a 3/4" high rail:

Another nice upgrade to the BM Rifle is a URX grip.

Thanks. I've got big paws, so that might be a good idea.

UPDATE: The Stiplin Customs BM rifle AR tube adapter is $150 but Mr. Bill, the owner, is so loaded right now that it would take months for him to make one.

I haven't seen one of the '19 specials in person yet...hope you're able to find one. This one is quickly becoming one of my favorite plinkers.
