Use it on my bike/car to get off road or bike oil/grease/crud. Use it on some spots in the laundry. Use it to blow bubbles.

It was are...... 'go to' in the lab for cleaning glass wear...I still prefer Dawn over all the others for around the place cleaning projects.

I have a BIL that was a chemist kind of guy at Procter & Gamble, now retired, that gave me inside scoop saying in the tests, one of the best.. that was good enough for me.

Keep 'em clean-

This is what I use it for as well. It is great for those of us who wear our food on occasion!

Shark repellent maybe ?

I think I have read it can be used to keep sharks away when you need to be in the water working on a boat. And a squirt into spilled gasoline in the water helps too.

Kills fire ants.
Take a gallon jug and fill it most of the way full with water and then add a cup of Dawn. Shake it up to mix and then pour on a fire ant mound.

The surfactant part removes the surface tension of the water and the fire ants will drown….then that area will grow a little greener.

Why on God’s green Earth would you kill bees? No bees = no food. 🐝🐝🐝

Especially them KILLER bees that have invaded the desert Southwest. Or wild bees that have taken up residence in the roof of your house. Or??? And by the way, until the introduction of European honey bees to America, there were no bees in America that had stingers. So I guess there was no food here until then.

Works as a good lube for installing foam bicycle grips and buffer tube covers on AR15’s.

Yeah, I'd like to hear more practical uses for it.

I use a few drops in my pump up sprayer when spraying weeds. Aas already mentioned, it a great surfactant and the herbicide clings to the leaves for better coverage.

Great Mag Wheel cleaner also.
