Installed a sling today
I can not find it again, but I got an idea for sling stud installation from this forum. The originator suggested to use a t-bolt threaded insert on the inside of the stock. I did it today and it worked quite well. I adjusted the idea slightly, as I did not want to relieve the stock enough to use the full width, so I ground down the outside diameter and used a smaller drill to relieve the stock. Thanks to the originator and to the forum.
