The UPS Fairy brought something wonderful today! I had preordered the T-22 directly from Troy but was given no estimated ship date. A few days ago I received a notice from UPS that Troy was shipping me something . . .

So here it is . . .

Of course, now I have to get some higher rings to mount my scope!

I can't wait to shoot it.

Glad you like it. Looks good although looks like there is no way to mount a bipod if you wanted. Is there a different foregrip?

You can mount rails wherever you want them on the fore grip. There is also another version that has full quad rails.

Sweet!

When you find the time, could you post some details on how it goes together/comes apart for cleaning, etc. ?

That's awesome.

What rings are you going to get? I also need higher rings.

Can you get the bolt out for full cleaning w/o taking the whole thing apart?
How well does the front seem to reassemble and keep zero with the irons?

Looks nice and thanks for posting!!

9X19 & RS39 - When I get a minute, I'll post pictures of assembly and the like. The forend portion and top rail are a single piece. They attach to the chassis pretty securely. I'll have to see how detaching and reattaching the forend affects zero, once zero is established, that is. . .

Frosty - I bought a set of generic Weaver one inch rings, but I think I'll be returning them for some Burris quick-detatch rings. It will make it much easier if I ever want to use the BUIS.

HR218 - MSRP is $299. Some retailers are discounting slightly. Here is the link. (The Troy Battle Sights alone would run almost $150.)

Nice looking rifle. There's almost nothing worse than waiting for new things to get delivered.

Troy makes the coolest handguards. They are so slim and sexy looking.

Here is a video of the Troy kit I took at Shot Show for those interested. I say Troy way too much in this video lol. I should have edited myself a little better?

very nice!

I'd trade in my SR22 Nordic chassis for this one any day, my biggest wish is wanting the fore end to come in carbine length.

How long is that barrel you have installed?

I just hope we can get both versions in Canada soon.

How user friendly are the sights? Looks awfully tall to use with any type of normal check weld.

To me the sights look like the normal height for iron sights on an AR-style setup.

This is my S&W 15-22 with the factory irons and they are just as tall.

It has MagPul BUIS on it now, but I don't have a pic with them in the up position:
