accuracy ss vs bisley ss

from my understand the bisley ss only came with the lr cylinder presume the bisley came with a lr barrel instead of the mag barrel so it should be more accurrate with lr ammo, anyone had a chance to compare.

It's a common misconception but no, Ruger has always used the same barrels for the Bisley models as they have for the regular Single Sixes.

Ruger's been using the same barrels for all .22 Single Sixes since 1960.

If you want to try something that can greatly improve you .22lr accuracy out of your Single Six. Try Paco Kelly's .22 resizer. It worked for me.

I would go with .224 and start with cheap ammo. You might be amazed at what the SSS will do after you try this out.
