Winchester 34gr Supreme

Has anyone bought any of this lately? Back when it first came out it was fairly accurate and pretty hard hitting, just wondering if it as good as the old stuff.

I have a few boxes left but haven't seen any in years. My 452 varmint loves the stuff. I know there was also a 30 grain load I never tried. Where have you seen it available? rc

https://www.luckygunner.com/ 17.00 a box the only light weight load that shoot good in my rifle are these, Remington 33 gr. POLY tiped and do you rember the old Federal loads that had the 30gr Sierra bullets.

Yea I know, but that is just about what I am paying for my new best load, CCI Speer Gold Dot 40gr. But I don't target shoot with this gun, just use it for sending the beaneaters to that big bean field in the sky

Miss the old 34gr. Supreme's whick shot great, recently bought 5 boxes of the new stuff & shot it today in my Kimber Model 82 & they shot like crap. Went back to the Hornady 30 gr. and got back on track.

The 34 gr. were accurate but I had a few FTFire with them. Usually shot the second try. Bought no more.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the Winchester rimfire ammo has lost the accuracy we use to enjoy, for example the new Power Points,O' well I will stick with the New CCI Speer Gold Dot 40gr, they have a very large hollow point and actually are more accurate than the old 34gr stuff I have left.
