Wink " Wrapped" ??

Log in to see fewer ads
on those "wrap around" rubber grips; the URX style,

has anyone contemplated cutting it in 1/2 along the molding seam ?

am wondering if it is feasible, or would it lose the "tension", so to speak?

it can be a bit of a pain, esp if wanting to work on only one side for some
reason. the slide hold open is mal-functioning, cuz i probably dont have the
spring set right. the fat "T" shaped gizmo that holds the mag release
button in place had to be scotch taped in place , so i cold wiggle the grip
back on and still have to take it apart again.

wow, just to D&T the trigger.

just wondering. will check what a new one costs. brownells may have them.

rico....

i've got almost 8,000 rounds through mine (Bullseye Target URX) and I've had the grip of a ton of times. The first once or twice was awkward, but it takes practice. you have to really push it off 'forward' more than anything.

its easy at this point.

well, guys,

my "lefty" is kinda screwed up, and trying to keep all the parts in place is
quite a frustrating chore for me. really love the grips, but they are quite
difficult to "manuever" into position without any of the gizmos falling out
of place,
