I may have made up the term, but it's the thin walled area on the breach of the barrel, where the extractor slot is cut.
The pic is 10 shot groups at 50 yards, last group is lapua midas+ ammo matched to the barrel.

It looks like some metal where the extractor cut meets the chamber may have broken off. If that is true those chips could be peening your breach face. I wonder if the extractor claw is showing signs of breaking small bits off the barrel.

Well it sure shoots Tk.
Going back thru your posts I see you have 2 bolts. Perhaps a different bolt might align the extractor up more correctly, if, if somehow its a bolt/extractor alignment issue.
If we were serious about saving lives, our vehicles would have breathalyzers tied into ignition kill switches.
