Real pretty gun great picture. I have a early beretta magazine model --no rosewood and a japanese blonde tube fed model.

Has anyone floated the barrel on this model rifle. Just acquired Beretta made Mark XXII and wanted to find someone that has worked on one these to get the best accuracy out of this rifle.

I'd actually be interested in what kind of accuracy you're seeing now, I've never shot my xxii... Thanks

I ended up buying two of the bolt action XXII. The first one was .17 and the 2nd one a .22LR. Actually, I traded a colt diamondback for the .17. That's the .17 on top and the .22 on the bottom. Both are beautiful. The .22 looks new and the .17 has only a tiny blemish on the stock.

Still don't have the XXII Auto-feed.

Very nice! I especially love that 22. I have never had the bolt actions, maybe someday.

Boxwild - Those are two beautiful looking rifles. Let us know how they shoot. Check the action screws too. I found mine shot much better when I tightened it; came from the factory so loose I could turn it using my fingernail.

Enjoy shooting & looking at those fine guns.

There's nice semi-auto available in an online auction right now; closes tomorrow (Saturday morning).
