That's a beautiful setup. I really like everything about it except the stock. Great stock for you, not downing it in anyway. But for my taste and what I do it would not suite me. But Love the build. Very nicely done. Congratulations.

Post some targets when you get it out to the range.

Thanks! I love the level of adjustability of that stock and the fact that it is aluminum skeleton type.

Targets are not going to be good. This rifle should shoot way better than I do I have time ahead of me to grow into it and use it to full potential.

you need to change the title of the thread to "One Ruger part on this one" since you are still using a Ruger magazine

To the OP- Nice looking rig! I miss Gun Candy, we used to be able to have all aluminum parts custom anodized in any color.

How’s she shoot???

You might want to try your luck in the Ultimate shooting games:

Nice build, just curious why the JWH bolt when every other part of the barreled action (including the charging handle) is Kidd?

Is that a California compliant pistol grip?

Pistol is not Cali compliant, I don't think so. It is just ergo vertical grip.

JWH is because I was building this off the parts of the Charger custom I used to have. I planned to use most of the charger parts on this one, including JWH, PMACA and Brimstone Tier2 trigger.

In the process I have only used chassis and bolt, lol. Everything else got an upgrade. I have enough parts left to rebuild my Charger. I only need to get good receiver, not a fan of original Ruger one, it points to the left. When I rebuild it, JWH will go back and I will get KIDD bolt for this one.

Thanks! I just built it, didn't even have a chance to zero it. And I suck, no way I can compete in those games.

True! I could have used aftermarket mags, but there should be something Ruger in this 10/22, right?

If you wanted to use the OEM receiver for another build you could always send it to CPC and get it squared up. I had a couple that were pointing to one side that he took care of along with stoning the inside of the receiver, drilling a cleaning hole, and adding a nylon bolt stop pin.

That is good to know, but I am just not fond of cast receiver. It feels cheap. I will just sell it and get something decent.

Can't say I blame you on that.

How do you like that chassis? I’ve been looking at them for a charger donor SBR build. Thanks.

Does that one have heat seeking bullets with laser beam direction?
