I shoot Anschutz mainly and picked up these three rifles over the weekend. I know the top two pretty well but need info on the third one.

I have 00702,date code June 1937,all original. I just picked up 04159 date code Dec.1946 but it is only the barrel and receiver. It has excellent bore and both pieces are good condition, any ideas where i can find 04159 bolt lol.

I just picked up number 11950, has an unmarked Eric Johnson barrel on it, Barrel was from Art Jackson and installed by Larry Racine. Still researching how the barrel went from Eric to Art to Larry to the person I bought it from. Love to hear and research the history on my old guns.

Just talked to Larry Racine and he thinks he still has the original barrel. Should have it within a week or so.

I'm guessing the gun was made sometime in 1953?

I now have a total of 67 serial numbers logged, I know it's not a good representation of the total production yet but every number helps to get closer. Even if your rifle has been rebarreled with either a factory replacement barrel or an aftermarket barrel I would still like to hear about it. I believe the Eric Johnson barrels were dated and others may be as well, they still fit the list. Keep'em comin guys, thanks for all of your help !!!
Mine is 03102. No barrel code. It has a Douglas heavy barrel, also has a custom walnut stock. Looking to sell also.

I have sn 01424. On the right side of the barrel it has, maltese cross, wf, maltese cross, 3, krr, maltese cross, 3, krr, diamond, lss, lg, 3. I think i win the prize for the most barrel stamps. The rifle has a canjar trigger, scope blocks, very elaborate sights, standard and hook butt plate, palm rest attached to single shot adaptor, and a 5 shot magazine. I got it from my father in law, keith webb. I beleive he was a well known shooter in nebrsska, kansas, and eastern colorado in the fities snd sixties. It is in reslly good shape but the stock needs refinish. He started workkng on the chrek piece and never finished. My job i guess. Thanks. Jakeb

I should have mentioned, the canjar is a set trigger, just push it ahead, workd real good. It has thumbhole stock, a 3 layer laminate. The bore looks good to me but i think it has burned up a lot of ammunition.
Thanks. Jake
