My TOZ is equipped with a flat muzzle right at the end of the front sight. Is this the norm for this model?

I just thought it odd, but have discovered that it is just another type of crown. Not unusual. Thanks.

TOZ-17

The original TOZ-17 had a flared muzzle for firing flares (if a hunter got lost). It was a hunting rifle. The more recent TOZ 17-01 does not have a flared muzzle; just the flat version.
