Marty,
I don't have any walleye, and I don't know what to use in place of it, but of all the food I have seen you post, this to me looks like it would be the best!

That.looks.AWESOME!

Hope you enjoyed it, and thanks for posting the recipe.

Take care,

Greg

Al, been a little rainy but warm, mostly in the upper 80's low 90's. think I have played every golf course within 50 miles of Zephyrhills. shot a few time pistol, nothing small bore. lot of Michiganers have ventured north for the walleyes. haven't got one report back as I imagine frostbite may have set in. hope all is well. marty

ps; ordered another callaway epic driver today[7th if anyone is counting], might or prolly has now passed the guns I brought south. oh well can't take it with you!

Walleye opener today with only one boat on the lake tolerating 12-17mph wind @ 44˚. It wasn't me as the lake is too high to get my dock in. Instead I shopvac'd the lawn again, new spring grass .5"-1"H, to suck up any remaining windshield, back n side windows glass of the cherry picker that burnt to a crisp last fall next to my garage. Glass is brittle and broke up as soon as the rake touched the pieces. Safety first in case of barefoot folks passing thru eh?

Frozen shrimp oven baked for dinner.

might hit 100 this weekend, like it hot.
1 can of crab drained and rinsed
1 egg beaten
2tsp of old bay
1/4tsp spicey mustard
1/2tsp Worchester
2tbs of mayo
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2tsp melted butter
1tbs parsley flakes
1 slice of bread cubed
1/4 cup of flavored bread crumbs with half aside to coat crab cakes
bake in pre heated 475 oven for 1/2 hour turning once.
just got back from a texas hold-em tourney 2nd place. pay for golf and a few cigars.
life is good. marty
ps; since my new driver with jailbreak tech arrived played at diamond hill an 86, then heritage isle an 81, lake Bernadette a 79 and Silverado another 79 whoopi! so I ordered the same in a 5h hybrid to be delivered Friday. golf and guns get to be a little $$$$$$$$

Marty,
Are you ok? It's been a couple of months since you've posted. Just checking on you and hoping you are still golfing and having fun.

Take care,

Greg
