Not all dimes were harmed in this shooting!

Well I had to get at least one target in. Shooting at 4x those dimes get small, so some survived. But I'm ok with that. I have to do some further testing but the Wolf ME I picked up doesn't seem to shoot great.... my consistency with lower priced stuff seems better? But until then, I'll assume it was just all me. I know the one was.... just as it sent a target next to me turned and I had the dog/squirrel lapse of concentration when the round flew due to seeing it out of the corner of my eye.

RFC Alias - Signmaster
First name - Bob
Score w/ bonus - 80/120
Class - C2 scoped
Scope - Simmons 22 Mag 4x32
Rifle make - Rossi RS 22
Ammo - Wolf Match Extra (new stuff made by Eley)
Weather conditions - indoors
Excuses - None, still testing the ammo and might have made a bad choice. At least one shot was all me, not sure on the lower one. Still had fun, and might have found the motivation to get some more magnification! Some of these get small with just 4x, but I actually like the extra challenge.

Good shooting Trevor, Stan and Jack.

A very respectable warmup there Jack.

Good shooting Bob. Takes a lot of patience working through ammo. I spent most of last year sorting out ammo and will do more of it this year.

Never the less I got some focus time in this morning working on breathing and concentration and follow through. My goal is five seconds minimum after the shot.

All shot with Anschutz 9015 Black Air and RWS .177 pellets 10m. Iron sights.

First target five shots ea. 50 total focus time.

Second target two ea. breathing exercises.

Leej

Nice shooting Bob and Lee. We have a monsoon here today. Imminent flooding with rain and snow melt.

Good shooting buddys!

Stay safe Jack! Some parts of Norway have the same problem these days. Rain and melting snow. Warm, sunny and a lott of wind here so noe shooting

Bob is the Wolf flatnose or round nose? If round I do think it is the same ammo as Club. Some lots of that ammo is bad. I own two lots with FF and bad precision of Club. Try some Geco or RWS if you can. Ammo testing is fun, but it takes some time

The Wolf is round nose Match Extra. I've seen other posts that people haven't been thrilled with it, so I'm glad I've only got a little more than a brick left. I was going to spring for some RWS to try it, but it ran out on me. I really didn't know about the Geco 22 being decent stuff until the good prices on it ran out, and haven't seen it much since. But I've got plenty of other stuff to try as well. The shortages made it hard to buy a big quantity unless I knew if I liked it, so I stuck to smaller purchases to sort things out. I got a brick of SK Rifle Match in just today.
