receiver disassembly

Has anyone ever found complete instructions for taking the receiver apart on the Model 41? I just bought a 70's model Field and would like to re-spring it completely. I can't find anything but parts drawings.

thanks,

Stu

For the links that work, it covers everything but the receiver unless I'm missing something?

Yea, I found the same thing. The links no longer work.

I searched Youtube as well and came up blank.

If you find something let us know as I would like to see it as well.

I don't hold out much hope. I asked a S&W armorer if he had any printed material and he said no.

Did you try and download that? Says the publisher chose not to allow downloads. If you succeed and download it, and it is what we are looking for, please come back and tell us how. I've already fallen for one of these internet coagulators who just put together everything they find covering a subject they know absolutely nothing about and charge for it.

thanks,

Stu
