I have a Hy-Score 22 Target Pistol I picked up about 15 years ago. Have fired it very little.

Any opinions on these?? It seems to be well made - heavy - nice trigger.

If you are talking about the vintage break open single shot models made in N.Y. , I have three of them, there are robust, very accurate. and have never given me any problems.
I bought my first one in the 1960's.
The multi pellet holding, single shot ones are sometimes a little troublesome due to the way the pellet loading works.
I have one .177 in chrome with white grips,
a second one is in 22 , blued and has gray/white/black mottled grips, and the third is blued with dark brown grips.
They are all in excellent condition and I shoot them all.
I am always on the lookout for another that is in very good shape. They are just not as easy to find in good condition anymore.

I had one in the late 60ís and traded it for a Winchester 75. I donít regret the trade but I miss that pistol. It had a synthetic stock with a thum rest. It was powerful and accurate I believe they were made by Dianawerk.

Here are some old-school US made Hy-Score pistols:

Model 700

Model 800

Model 800 repeater

Model 803 (furnished with two interchangeable barrels)

All are top cocking, spring piston air pistols.
