Still got about a half a crud lingering.

Been reading the drivel the last two days but no urge to poke a finger and gather thoughts.

Nice Bearcat catch Don.

Al
Your worse than my wife. Read them labels!

Wook
Marking / labeling reloading component hoardings is a must, but my problem is understanding my abbreviations and scratching's when I find those oldy's but goody's.

I got out to the shop for a short time today. I did my first ever cylinder removal on a GP 100. After getting the .357 and 44 sided by side shooting in the cold last month I could tell how hard it was to pull the hammer and rotate the 44.
I looked at a video on the Ruger site but it seemed a little brief. I found another one by a supposed gunsmith on youtube, and it took him a few attempts, complaing that it took 4 hands to do.
I cut off a 4 and 8 penny common nail, and ground them to use as a short punch with the head on for pushing with my thumb. Wala they worked great for pushing the detent while pushing the pin out. Got the cylinder off the crane without a total teardown, only had to remove the grip so it would slide off. Lot of crud in there getting hard. Got it all cleaned and put on a few drops of white lithium, and it spins like a top.

I did get out yesterday morning to pizz on my trees before new neighbors appear. I'm not going through what I did with the last one again. I figure the other neighbor will get out there smooching butt and turn them before I meet them, so I'll beat them tuit.

Setting manipulation with their Gen 2 require down loading an app so your smart phone/tablet speaks to it.....piece of crap technology which has been conveyed to the factory, and the device has been returned under warantee. Sucker never did work in the first place playing possem from the beginning whereas all of the Gen 1's we use have been trouble free.
I just placed a couple of orders too. Jack First, and Numerich.

A disconnector, two springs, and a plunger. All headed to my house. It's the small things that make life grand.

Fiddy bucks and it'd all fit in a dime baggie.

A Segway is one of those balancing scooter thingies. I'm actually thinking about getting one for journeys to the zoo and what not, that require loads of walking, (that I'm not capable of).

As some might say here; don't talk over your pay grade.

Say when!

Had a bugger of a time pounding a sharp sturdy knife thru a frozen Tubby for a starter hole for the kabob stake which I had to pound the Tubby on. Think sub zero hairy brick with a tail.

Went to a small local party store in the old hood where they have some serious homemade goodies for dessert for our jumpstart on fat Tues. tonight. Lemon and chocolate Oreo's weren't cutting it no mo.

I hate when people use big words just to sound perspicacious.

Woman's body discovered yesterday washed up on local beach. They think it came across the Big Pond from Chicago.

Mayor, that is snow in case you are wondering. Stay off the roads. More dangerous than the corona virus.

I like that one. I'd like it even better if the shot was from the other end but so it often goes. They are usually fleeing us.

Bent handle shovel works ok but I've yet to see one here with a flatter blade like the first and roped one, like the cheap really light plastic ones that I use or the wider pusher shovel that curls the snow ahead of it like a snowplow does. IME since 1956.
But then there's the heated driveway and sidewalk for those with the jing.

Drove SisterIL's car to Pie Zanos for Italian. I had angle hair pasta with meat sauce [his daughter was waitress and forgot the Italian sausage on top]. Wifey and SisterIL had anti pasta salad [split] and personal pizza [4 slices of small] each. UMMM good.

Roads, all concrete and steps covered with slick slush.

TV and Diet Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

PS: I rushed out and bought one of these just incase.

Believe that. Got a bridge in Brooklyn I'll sell you. Also some ocean front property in AZ.
