"The virus can remain intact at 4 degrees (39 degrees Fahrenheit) or 10 degrees (50 F) for a longer period of time," Nicholls said, referring to Celsius measurements, according to the transcript. "But at 30 degrees (86 degrees F) then you get inactivation. And high humidity -- the virus doesn't like it either."

Plus a metric ton of cruise ship traffic and vacationers from far away lands with Florida as a destination, not sure that state is particularly safe. No state is safe, but like any advice for avoiding a pandamic, stay away from crowded locations.

Anyone have a clue how many people die from common flue every season in the USA? 61,000 How many from Corona in USA? Zero. I dont want to get sick, but; I am not obsessing over this. Not yet. Zero is a pretty small number. The 61,000 is real enough for me to use common sense.

I was in a Chinese restaurant with a buddy last week and the place was empty. I said this is odd considerations the location. He said two words "corona virus". I said, No people are not really that stupid? He said yes.

That's it. I'm turning up the thermostat to 90 in my house.

I understand you have go go a bit higher to kill off bed bugs.

Don't laugh. I heard on the news internet searches are way up on Corona BEER looking to see if you can get it from that.

Yep! Saw this one two days ago. It could have been staged, though.

I also found this latest Virus is MAN MADE. Invented at the Pirbright Institute in Surrey England. They filed for a patent on it way back in 2015, and the patent was approved in 2018, then somehow released in China in 2019. Just google Pirbright Institute Patents, and its the 5th one down the list. Many say yeah, but this is a NEW virus, and yes this one, the patent was not approved until almost Dec. of 2018. I would assume they made a vaccine also, so they need to let loose of it and stop these deaths.

Here is the Pirbright Patent link.... https://patents.justia.com/assignee/...ight-institute

Wife finished the masters in nuke stuff.... took a sharp turn to focus on infectious disease. Get to overhear a lot of her conversations and a few things spring to mind.

Everyone who dies in a hospital with flu like symptoms or pneumonia gets coded as a flu death. So that 60,000 is really inflated, some years it might be accurate others not so much. Not sure why but that's just the way it is most places.

Second, she has mused a few times that it seems a bit "created". Keep in mind not a lot of conjecture usually comes out of PhD and post doc types. So it's been a little interesting to hear it come out of a few mouths.

Me personally.... 101 ways to die, spend most my time figuring out how to live well.

Yeah that, including and not limited to increased awareness of idiots behind the wheel using their phones while I'm behind a wheel.

Despite it being illegal to text and drive up here, sit at a traffic light and count who's head is down. It's gotta be 25% of the population texting and driving still.

We have legal weed here, despite all the claims it won't effect drivers.... Yeah after 10pm prepare to see the worst driving you've ever seen.
