Singaphore Mei Fun.

I love this dish and it tastes different at each Chinese chow house I go to.

It is a rice noodle dish with chicken, pork, shrimp, and scallops mixed in and it is heavy on the curry. It also has onions and green peppers and some other stuff, probably what ever is left over in the kitchen that they gotta move but nevertheless it is a good meal. Never have any leftovers when I order this one.

It is also called spicy rice noodles, curry mei fun and sometimes you need to search for it on the menu if they have it.

Regards,
Crankster

When I feel like a real treat I will go for Persian or Siamese, but in general I can't really spend like that so it is really just the normal domestic short hair cat.

It is pretty funny looking chicken sometimes. It maybe is Persian or St Bernard. With enough teriyaki I can usually get them down.

I once hunted with a guy who was originally from SanFrancisco, he said after the Vietnamese moved in they no longer had a problem with stray dogs, or feral house cats, or birds, or any other living creature, the city was devoid of any kind of wildlife.

Sesame chicken if I'm sharing with the wife or General Tso's if I'm not, actually like most of it that I've tried.

I have no idea what the stuff is,,,

I have no idea what the name of the food is,,,
I go quite often to a "New China Buffet" in my town.

I don't even bother trying to name the stuff,,,
I just pile it on my plate and pig out.

Back in the mid-70's I was an USAF SSGT,,,
I did a lot of TDY time in the Philippines and Korea,,,
As well as Thailand before they kicked us out after Viet Nam was over.

Most of that time was working at Remote Operating Facilities,,,
So I was eating on the economy most of the time,,,
I almost never knew what I was eating,,,
I actually preferred it that way.
