I'm not referring to the $1000 target rifle you can't afford, but something within your price range. My pick is the Smith & Wesson 2214 pistol. I have the 422 and 622, and the 2214 would make a nice addition to the group.

Well, that takes all the fun out of it. The top of my wish list IS a $2,500 rifle, with a $1,000 scope.

I want an Anschutz 1907 BR-50 an a Leupold Competition 45x45.

No, I can't afford it right now, but that's right now. Who knows what tomorrow will bring, or the next tax return.

None...

Think I have more than I need now.

Decided a while back that what my dream top 10 list was in rimfires.

Have all of them except one (Anschutz 54.18MSR), and now don't know what I'd do if I got it.

But I'd get it if one popped up...bthumb:

That's exactly what I am looking at too. Are you thinking of the one with the walnut stock or the laminated one? Being traditional I like the one in walnut, but the laminated one is growing on me.

Not being a copycat, but the Browning BL-22 is the first one that came to mind when I read the Topic. It would have to be a walnut stock version though.

Kinda boring but right now I want a 14" match barrel for my Contender. Made the mistake of trading mine for a 17mkii that I never could get to group decent.

Kenny,
You do know that Champion's Choice still has them, NIB. About $2,495, IIRC.

Yeah, I've seen them. But have too many rifles now. Still have quite a few to get rid of before even thinking about getting a 54.18.

Would love to have one, but really really don't need another rifle....but they are nice....
